Apple has many things that makes them stand out from their competitors, from their unique designs to their advanced OS to their unique shopping experience. That is  what I want to write about today is the great shopping experience that Apple provides that is unparalleled by any other company. From the outside of the building you can see the giant Apple logo and can identify the metal exterior where ever you go and Apple is wise to make their stores stand out because they make people want to see what is going on.

When you enter the store, it is divided by device and seems pristine with it’s clean layout and the separation of each of the product-line: notebooks, desktops, ipods,  etc. The store is more like a lab because all the devices are ready to be used! This is the exact opposite of many other stores that just put out plastic models that do nothing,  instead of real working devices. In addition the people at the Apple store really show that they want to help you. For example, when I went to buy my Macbook Pro, I had a Personal Shopping Specialist who helped walk me through my purchase and made buying the mac so easy. The customer service is superb and if you ever have a probably, you can just go to the Genius Bar and they can solve your problem.

I truley believe Apple provides the ultimate retail expirence and other should try and mimic the expirence because I know for me, that I will never forget my expirences going to the Apple store because it feels special and makes buying a product meaningful and makes you worry about spending money less.
