Human Resources Associate
Managed sales of company stocks to raise capital to fund business. Wrote company bylaws to guide operations of company. Collaborated with the rest of Human Resources department to determine employee compensation. Developed product and collaboratively decided on important decisions to produce a valuable product.  Assisted marketing department developing marketing plan for product.

Blog (Gdovin.net) (2006-Present)
Founder, Creator, Writer and Webmaster
Built and managed website based on Wordpress Content Management System. Wrote, edited and posted articles about technology and a variety of other topics. Promoted website and built a larger amount of page views. Monitored Website visitors and traffic by utilizing Google Analytics.  Developed new projects to expand the site

Tecker 911- (911.tecker.net)-Video Podcast (December 2006-Present)
Creator, Host, Producer and Editor
Developed show concept and helped developed it into a viable show that gets people to learn how to use computers and other technology for their daily lives.  Hosted episodes of show and informed viewers on how to use technology effectively in their daily lives. Outlined episode ideas for production and to produce a high quality episode for viewer consumption. Setup production equipment in preparation to filming shows. Also, edited shows into professional show by removing mistakes and adding titles and intro producing a higher quality final product to the viewers.

Junior Achievement Program-Aqua America (November 2008-March 2009)
Vice-President of Production
Led group of students in the Production Department in choosing product, picking price and also managed sales. Presented Business Plan to Board of Directors for Approval and gave Production Business Plan Presentation.  Oversaw and participated in the ordering, inspection, packaging and delivery of product through all stages of business.  Accounted for all products in stock and sold. Also reported progress of department to President and Board of Directors,

December 2008-Present The Weekly Spin (theweeklyspin.com) (Audio Podcast)
Creator, Host, Producer and Editor
Built and setup Wordpress website for show and created RSS feeds. Found best method of recording Skype to use in order to record the Weekly episode. Managed Wordpress website and themes. Assisted in finding news stories to discuss during the show. Hosted and led discussion of news topics and led insightful conversation in order to inform the listeners. Edited recorded show in Audacity and perfect show quality and exports the final show as a MP3 file. Uploaded final, completed episode to web server and released show using the Podpress Plugin for Wordpress.

Volunteer experience:

Trinity Lutheran Church Computer Lab Administrator (2006-Present)
Managed and repaired computers donated to the church and made sure when students use the lab, the computers will work effectively. Installed software for students to use to learn about the Bible and religion. Researched and discovered new materials for students to  use and to better utilize the computers. Taught students to use computers and how to use the software. Cleaned and organized the computer lab to make lab easy to use for staff and students. Managed assistants who help run the computer lab.

Senior Quoter (seniorquoter.org) (November 2007-January 2008)
Coded administrator interface in PHP for administrators to effectively manage system. Developed Graphical installer in PHP and  CSS to make installation easy for webmasters to install on their servers.

Trinity Lutheran Church Council (2005-Present)
Elected by congregation to serve on Church council and assist in leading the church. Discussed and voted on important issues to
keep the church running smoothly. Reported activities of the Youth Group to Council to keep them informed of the youth actions.

Extracurricular activities:
Boy Scouts of America-Troop 296 (2003-2008)
Attended weekly meetings and various camping trips. Built and managed troop website and kept it up-to-date with troop information. Raised money to fund troop activities by selling Pancake breakfast tickets. Worked at semi-annual Pancake breakfast waiting tables and cleaning dishes. Served as scribe and took notes of activities at weekly troop meetings. Served as Senior Patrol leader
and led the troop.

Future Business Leaders of America (2005-Present)
Attended business conferences where I learned about business and competed in various types of business. Attended workshops where professionals educated students about a variety of business topics. Networked with professionals and students who were passionate about business.

H-Vision (Haverford High School Television) (2006-Present)
Ran the teleprompter for the hosts to read during the weekly broadcast. Assisted in planning content for weekly show and planed execution.

Trinity Lutheran Youth Group (2005-Present )
Raised money to fund youth group events and various charities.  Served as youth group treasurer and managed all youth group funds.
