To start I want to say I love my Verizon internet service and I am switching over to FIOS in a week which I will also review on the site. But, when I went to my grandmother’s house to setup her DSL I was told that three techs came out and for some reason none of them realized she needed a eithernet card. So I had to go down to the local Radio Shack and buy a card and install it. Even after that, the installer froze several times and one time I had to start from scratch. But, in the end I finally got the DSL setup after four hours of work.
